These terms govern use of the algomaly.com website, operated by Algomaly ("we", "us"), an AI automation consultancy run by Arch Sharma. By using this website you accept these terms. Contact: arch@algomaly.com.

2. The website

algomaly.com is an informational site describing our consulting services. Content is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or remove content at any time. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Algomaly Channel Automation (API client)

Algomaly Channel Automation is a private, internal, single-user software tool operated by us to manage our own YouTube channel ("AlgomalyAI"). It is not offered as a product or service, has no external users, and no third party may access or rely on it. The tool uses YouTube API Services; our use of those services is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Data handling for this tool is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. YouTube content

Videos on our YouTube channel are original content created by us. Viewing them on YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site and on our YouTube channel (text, video, graphics, branding) is owned by Algomaly unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

6. Client engagements

Consulting work for clients is governed by separate written agreements. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or professional advice.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
